We’re producing some spectacular events at Redux Contemporary Art Center in Charleston, SC, where we are busily getting the bus ready for launch. Here’s what’s going on:

TRANSIT ANTENNA BIG TENT REVIVAL ART AUCTION
Friday, January 18 from 6-9:30 pm
Auction begins at 8:00
Redux Contemporary Art Center
We’re having an art auction to raise money for our trip. A portion of our proceeds will go back to Redux to sponsor a visiting artist fellowship there. While on the road, we’ll look for artists to be recipients of this award.
The auction will feature works by Bob Snead, Seth Gadsden, Seth Curcio, Matt Phillips, Josef Kristofoletti and many others. Come celebrate with us, drink with(out) inhibition, listen to music, and eat creations of culinary genius!

Admission: $15 at the door
Featuring DARK MEAT: VOMIT LASERS FAMILY BAND!
-with Lasso, Those Darlings, Mr. Jenkins, Oicho Kabu, Plundershop, U.K. Brogan, Philip White, Nathan Koci, Huspa, Ron Wiltrout, and many more. Spend the night at Redux with Transit Antenna and listen to music ’til dawn.

“NINETEEN BYGONE SWEETHEARTS”

Thursday, January 17 at 7pm
Redux Contemporary Art Center
Sit back and enjoy the film, and get the first look at the art work to be auctioned at Friday’s Transit Antenna Big Tent Revival. Come at 6:00 for special pre-movie festivities. Admission: FREE
REDUX FIFTH-YEAR ANNIVERSARY SIDEWALK PARADE
Saturday, January 19 from 2-4pm
Come witness the first ever art parade in Charleston and celebrate the Fifth-Year Anniversary of Redux! Don a costume or prepare a performance and join us as we traipse the uneven sidewalks creating a brilliant spectacle.
